WE ARE PLEASED to continue our quarter-century tradition of presenting Bach on Good Friday. This year, that solemn day falls on the first day of spring as well as Bach’s 322nd birthday. Bach, described as the “fifth evangelist”, tells the story of Christ’s Passion, with profound theological insight and towering musical imagination.
